Sanvibe Return Policy
At Sanvibe, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Applies to products such as iPhone cases and accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain personal care items (if applicable)
3. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
4. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 30-day period

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift:
- You will receive a gift credit once the return is processed
If not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be sent to the original purchaser
10. Return Shipping
To return your product, send it to:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If applicable, return shipping may be deducted from your refund
For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
